He co‑founded Receptor Brands to help regulated CPG companies scale, growing revenue by $1.5M in 18 months.
As VP of Brand Development at AE Global, Mark launched sustainable packaging innovations such as the EZ Lock × ORG platform — increasing sales by 25% in just two quarters. He led concept‑to‑launch commercialization of Sweet Gordito and MyCrewDoses, generating a combined $135K in preorders. Through 1130 Collective, he designed brand ecosystems, sales tools and go‑to‑market strategies for multiple house brands, achieving a 92% retail penetration for The 1937 Group.
Most recently, Mark served as Brand Director at Cookies Retail, overseeing multi‑state product commercialization. He standardized packaging and sales tools across US stores and relaunched the CRM program, cutting attrition by 10% while developing P&L frameworks projected to deliver 25–35% category mix.
